When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the information you provide to respond, prepare a quotation and communicate with you. Our services are intended for businesses; their representatives’ contact details are also personal data.
Depending on your enquiry, data includes name, company, email, telephone, subject, message and information about the event, venue, stand type and dimensions, hall, stand number and budget. Required fields are marked. We may be unable to respond or prepare a quotation without essential contact or project details. Additional information is voluntary.
Our forms use Elementor. Submissions are stored in the WordPress database on the webspace through Form Vibes and, for forms configured accordingly, Elementor Submissions. Submission time, source page, IP address and browser user agent are also stored. The configured recipient address for form messages is office@eecs.green.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contracts with you and pre-contractual steps requested by you. Communication with business representatives and general enquiries relies on Article 6(1)(f), reflecting our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and customer relationships. Technical submission information serves attribution of submissions and detection of misuse under Article 6(1)(f).
Contacting us does not constitute consent to promotional emails.
Retention is determined by the processing purpose, statutory obligations and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
The seven-year period does not apply indiscriminately to all visits or informal enquiries. Statutory rights to erasure and restriction remain subject to their applicable conditions.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your device. Similar storage or access technologies may also be used. Section 165(3) TKG 2021 generally requires prior consent, except where the operation is strictly necessary for transmitting a communication or providing a service expressly requested by you. The GDPR additionally applies where personal data is processed.
Polylang uses the pll_language cookie to store the language code of the last visited language version. Its current lifetime is one year. WordPress also uses authentication and session cookies for logged-in editors.
You can inspect, delete or restrict cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may remove language preferences and logins. Deleting a cookie does not automatically erase data already stored by a recipient.
Our own consent manager stores your choice in the eecs_consent cookie for 180 days on this device. It contains the permitted categories, the time of your choice and the version of the consent information. The provider is EECS.green GmbH. The cookie is used solely to apply your privacy choice. Optional services are disabled by default.
You can change your choice through the permanently available Privacy settings button or withdraw consent by choosing Necessary only. The page then reloads to stop external integrations that were already running. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not automatically delete information already processed by a provider.
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to analyse website usage. Both services load only after you consent to the “Statistics” category in the privacy settings. Without this consent, no Analytics measurements are sent to Google. Consent to external media is independent of this choice.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be processed in the United States; see section 8 for international data transfers.
Data processed includes page views, device and browser information, time and duration of use, referring pages, approximate location and pseudonymous user and session identifiers. Query parameters and fragments are removed from the page and referrer addresses we pass to Analytics. Form entries are not sent to Analytics. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and automatic enhanced event measurement are disabled.
Google processes the IP address during transmission and to derive an approximate location. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. This does not automatically make the other usage data anonymous.
Analytics uses the _ga cookie to distinguish visitors and _ga_* cookies for session state. Their configured lifetime is up to 180 days. User and event data is retained for 14 months, without resetting the period on new activity. Aggregated standard reports may remain available longer.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for non-essential access to your device, section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. You may withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings”, effective for future processing. Analytics will then no longer load and accessible Analytics cookies on this website will be removed.
Google Tag Manager manages the Analytics tags. Loading its container transmits the IP address and technical request data to Google. The container also loads only after Statistics consent. This choice does not authorise additional advertising or remarketing services.

Search Console is intended to analyse the website’s visibility in Google Search. Reports include queries, clicks, impressions, pages and average search position. DNS ownership verification requires no additional visitor-tracking script and does not itself set a cookie on visitors’ devices.
Where personal data is involved in using these reports, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. Our legitimate interest is in website visibility and technical maintenance.
The website contains YouTube integrations, including the hero background video, and Google Maps for showing our location. These external integrations load only after you consent to the “External media” category.
The provider for EEA users is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Loading a YouTube player may transmit IP address, device and browser information, the visited page and playback information to Google or YouTube. Cookies and similar technologies may enable recognition. If you are signed into Google, activity may be associated with your account.
Loading Google Maps may transmit IP address, browser information and the visited page to Google. Additional location data may be processed if you enable location features.
Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where device access is involved, section 165(3) TKG 2021 is envisaged for enabling these optional integrations. An ordinary external link, by comparison, connects to the linked website only when clicked.

Recipients in connection with website operation and enquiries may include hosting, IT and email providers and authorised people within our company. Authorities, courts and professional advisers may receive data where legally required or relevant to legal claims.
Google services may also involve processing by Google LLC in the USA and other Google entities.
